The name of the program is Impact Lives Health Services Outpatient Mental Health Center, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, Intensive Outpatient and Mobile Treatment for children, adolescents, adults and their families to empower healthy people in a strong community. The philosophy of the program is to support adults and children with severe psychiatric disabilities in their journey to recovery. Supports will be holistic, considering the intellectual, social, psychological, vocational and medical needs of the individual into account to guide person-centered rehabilitation services.
