All sessions are 45-minutes for clients using insurance and 60 minutes for clients using private pay. Limited reduced fee spots are available on a limited basis. In our pursuit to continue with our mission of being a community serving agency, Transitions Counseling will be offering limited number of Pro Bono (free) sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved especially for you. When appointments are cancelled or missed without a 48 hour notice, it is difficult to schedule another client during that time slot. Therefore, any sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance, clients will incur a $50.00 fee. Please be aware that most insurance companies do not cover a missed or cancelled fee.

Impact Lives Health Services accepts cash and credit cards. Currently, we accept:

  • Magellan

  • Optum 

Other insurances are coming soon. If Impact Lives Health Services does not accept your insurance, we will provide documentation so that you can submit to your insurance company for “Out of Network” coverage benefit.
